Many templates aren’t correct; Netwalk apps not responding

I purchased this app for OS X Yosemite and many of the 3D templates are not layed out correctly. I have tried different image formats and origins, but the problem persists throughout all of them. The screenshot images will not line up correctly with the device making ugly looking, unusable images for some of the templates.

This could be an easy fix it seems. I emailed netwalk apps support about a week ago and have received no reponse yet. For a paid app, this is unacceptable.
